PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: September 19, 2025
Introduction
Free Site Hoster (“Free Site Hoster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access or use freesitehoster.com and its subdomains (the “Platform”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- On the Platform (freesitehoster.com and subdomains).
- In email or other electronic messages you send directly to us (e.g., support or privacy requests).
It does not apply to information collected by:
- Us offline or through other means, including on any other website we do not control; or
- Any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes.
What We Collect
Visitors to freesitehoster.com: We aim to minimize data collection. We may receive technical information (e.g., IP address, request metadata) incidentally through our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) as necessary to operate and secure the Platform. We do not run third-party tracking pixels or behavioral advertising on the public site.
Tenants (site owners) who provision via our webhook: If you submit data to provision a tenant site (e.g., business/brand name, address, city, state, ZIP, website URL, email, phone, tagline, and any A2P-related contact info you supply), we store those fields solely to render your tenant pages and related legal pages. We do not process payments on freesitehoster.com.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Platform (including content delivery and DDoS protection).
- To provision and render tenant pages you request (for tenants).
- To communicate with you (e.g., respond to support or privacy inquiries).
- To comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our provider Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or collect limited technical data to deliver security and performance services (e.g., bot mitigation, CDN caching). These operations are performed as our service provider.
Service Providers / Vendors
We use reputable third parties to help operate the Platform. For hosting, DNS, CDN, security, and email routing, we use Cloudflare. These providers are contractually restricted from using personal information for purposes other than providing services to us.
Data Retention
- Tenant provisioning data: retained while your tenant remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or as required by law. You can request deletion (see “Your Privacy Rights”).
- Server and security logs: retained for up to 90 days unless we need to retain them longer to investigate or comply with law.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers (e.g., Cloudflare) under contract to process data on our behalf.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
- To protect our rights, users, or the security of the Platform.
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and our services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the Platform at your own risk.
Children
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
International Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or limit use of certain personal information. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your request as required by applicable law and respond within the applicable timeframe. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no industry consensus, our Platform does not respond to DNT signals.
SMS/MMS
We do not send SMS or MMS from freesitehoster.com. (Individual tenant businesses may manage their own messaging under their own terms and disclosures.)
